Hi, I’m Renae. I provide coaching and services for busy middle-aged folks to promote longevity and vitality.

RENAE IS A REGISTERED NURSE, BOARD-CERTIFIED HOLISTIC NURSE, BOARD-CERTIFIED HEALTH AND WELLNESS NURSE-COACH AND FOUNDER OF THE WELLNESS FLAME, LLC.

To call myself middle-aged would be a bit of generous self-flattery. Mid-life is defined as age 40-60 years. Old-age is 60+. I hate to admit how close I am to banging on that door, and how much I hope it takes it’s sweet time to open, thank you very much.

Of course, time is an interesting problem. It’s so difficult to find time to devote to self-care while juggling the demands of our children (or young adults), spouses, aging parents, and career.

Self-care shouldn’t be another full-time job.

We all sometimes secretly wonder, Can I really do this?”
